2nd CHOICE Webinar on the future of EU-China ICT R&D collaboration – December 17, 2014
The 2nd CHOICE Webinar on “the Future of EU-China ICT R&D collaboration” successfully took place on December 17, 2014, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM (London time).
The aim of this webinar was to discuss China-EU cooperation in the field of ICT and technology transfer/IPR, as well as opportunities for China in Horizon 2020 (ICT).
Proceedings in English and Chinese language are now available.
Concept & objectives
The aim of the CHOICE project is to provide continuous progress in strengthening China collaboration on ICT research with Europe, offering timely inputs and following-up on common ICT Research & Development priorities and future cooperation opportunities between the EC and China, and assisting in dialogue meetings and increasing their visibility.
The 2nd CHOICE Webinar featured the participation of three experts, including Nicolas Zhang, Director of International TT Department at CTEX, Younis Hijazi, Project Manager at LUXINNOVATION, and Michele Genovese from the APRE Europe Liaison Office, who presented the future of EU-China ICT R&D Cooperation, discussing with participants the case of China-Luxembourg collaboration in the field of ICT, technology transfer/IP, as well as opportunities for China in Horizon 2020 (ICT).
The webinar inlcuded a Q&A discussion session after the presentations.
